Consumer Membership Plans
Gold Membership is a registered member
that is in need of mortgage or real estate services, and elects to utilize the
services of a referred real estate affiliate for the purchase or sale of their
home. The closing cost contribution made by Approved Buyers Network at the
settlement is equal to 1/2% of the new mortgage amount.
Platinum Membership is a registered member that is in need
of mortgage or real estate services, and elects to utilize the services of a
referred real estate affiliate(s) for the purchase of their new home
AND the
sale of their existing home. The closing cost contribution made by Approved
Buyers Network at the settlement is equal to 1% of the new mortgage amount.*
Silver Membership is a registered member
with Approved Buyers Network that is in need of mortgage or real estate
services, but does not elect to utilize the services of a referred real estate
affiliate for the purchase or sale of their home. This pertains to members
already working with a real estate agent, FSBOs, (For Sale By Owner), and
mortgage refinances as well. You still get great pricing on your mortgage
through an approvedbuyer.com mortgage affiliate, but there isn't the added
contribution from Approved Buyers Network because there is not a real estate
referral made on your behalf to a cooperating agent.
*Please note that the sale of your existing home must sell on
or before the closing of your next home to receive the 1% contribution. If the
sale of your existing home takes place after the purchase of your next home, the
contribution from Approved Buyers Network is 1/2% of the new mortgage
amount.
